Redesign Cloud Dashboard
We completed a comprehensive overhaul of the Cloud Commerce platform's dashboard and user experience. This redesign successfully increased the customer conversion rate and unified the information structure and design layout, preparing strategies for future vendor integration and business requirements.
I helped lead the design team through rapid iterations, collaborating closely with Product Managers, developers, the business team, and the operations team to align the goals.
Report management tool
A comprehensive overhaul of our report management tool was undertaken to enhance simplicity, effectiveness, and versatility in the user experience.
Leading the UX design aspects of this project, I championed a native approach to report generation, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user journey.
